Linda Edna Cardellini (n e Lorraine (Hernan), is the child of Wayne David Cardellini (a successful businessman). She is Italian via her father's grandfather. Irish by the mother she had, German, English, Scottish, and German. Linda was born in the San Francisco Bay region, California being the eldest of four siblings. At the age of ten, old, Linda was captivated with acting following her performance in a musical role in the Christmas show at her school. She did school and community plays. Linda went to Saint Francis High School Mountain View California. Following her graduation, Linda had to choose between moving into New York or Los Angeles and study theater. The choice was LA. Linda was chosen for her debut role in the TV show Bone Chillers (1996). Freaks and Geeks was the role that gave her a breakthrough. Lindsay Weir played the academic decathlete on the show that is renowned, for which she won the Emmy Award.

Lily Chloe Ninette Thomson (born 5 April 1989) more popularly known as her stage name Lily James, is an English actress from the UK. Her professional career started in 2010 with the British TV series Just William, in which she was a student at the London's Guildhall School of Music and Drama. After her successful performance as Lady Rose MacClare on the period drama Downton Abbey from 2012-2015, her first breakthrough role was in the movie fantasy Cinderella in the year 2015. James was then cast as Countess Natasha Rostova on the TV adaptation of War & Peace in 2016. She has also starred in many films including Baby Driver (2017) and period dramas Darkest Hour (2017) and The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society 2018 and The Dig 2021, as in the musicals Mamma Mia! We Go Back Again (2018) and Yesterday (2019). Pam & Tommy, a biographical series on television based upon the life of Pamela Anderson (released in 2022), earned her nominations for a Golden Globe Award winner and the Primetime Emmy Award.
