Aunjanue Ellis

Aunjanue Ellis-Taylor is an American screen and stage actress who is best well-known for her films on the film Ray Undercover Brother and on the popular television series The Mentalist. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in African-American Studies from Brown University and an MFA in acting from the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University. Aunjanue Ellis, a producer as well as an actress in the fields of theater, film, as well as television. The path to acting started with the theater. Later, she was a part of various television series including independent films as well as mainstream movies. She became famous as Miranda Shaw, a character on ABC's Quantico.
